Independent sourcing role

About Wholesale Hoodies Sourcing

We help business buyers turn a hoodie request into a measurable factory inquiry and a comparable response record. Our work sits between the buyer's requirements and each supplier's proposed item; ownership, manufacturing, certification and approval remain outside the service role.

What we do

We structure the product brief, identify possible supply routes, route consistent questions to candidates and organize responses around one quantity, packaging and freight basis. Open decisions stay visible so an alternate fabric or decoration is not mistaken for the original specification.

What we do not claim

We do not state that a factory is authorized, audited, certified or holding inventory unless evidence for that exact assertion is supplied and reviewed in the appropriate context. We do not guarantee price, lead time, regulatory status, sample acceptance or production results.

The method is designed for apparel orders where small changes in blend, gsm, size allocation, decoration and packing can make two apparent unit prices non-equivalent. See the factory-matching workflow.

Pair each buying question with evidence and a limit

What fabric will be supplied?

Request: fiber percentages, fabric construction, gsm method, finish and supplier material reference.

Limit: a swatch or generic textile document may not represent the cut-and-sewn hoodie offered in the quotation.

How will fit be checked?

Request: size chart, measurement points, measurement condition, grading and proposed tolerances.

Limit: one fit sample cannot establish every size or production-piece result; approval scope must be written.

What does decoration approval cover?

Request: artwork revision, dimensions, position, thread or ink reference, proof and decorated sample.

Limit: a digital mockup does not demonstrate fabric distortion, stiffness, wash response or exact production appearance.

What does the total include?

Request: unit basis, setup, labels, packing, cartons, samples, trade term, freight and exclusions.

Limit: a lower line price is not a saving claim when quantities, pack or destination charges differ.

These verification routes are buyer-side procurement judgments, not prior customer results. When external review, testing or inspection is required, name the responsible party and the exact proposed item before treating the evidence as complete.

Bring the decision context

Tell us which hoodie questions matter to your order

State product type, fiber and gsm, construction, sizes and quantities, colors, decoration, pack, US destination and target timing. Add an optional budget and supplier preference if useful. Unknown fields can remain marked for discussion.

Any factory quotation, availability, document or delivery timing is subject to supplier confirmation and buyer review.
